So….after 223 days, 20+ visits, 2 agents, and 1 de-cluttering session – we have finally made it to the finish line.  Yes folks, WE. ARE. MOVING!!!!

The last 2 weeks have been filled with butterflies in the stomach and sleepless nights, but the sale is finally a done deal and we’ll be officially handing over our keys to the new owner on July 25th.  Although we will truly miss the city lifestyle and hipster neighborhood, both Adam and I are more than ready to start a new chapter in our lives.  Much to our own surprise, there’s a 99.99% chance that we will be moving to… gulp… suburbia.  After searching high and low in the city for a house that would meet our criteria, we realized that space had won the battle over location.  We’ve found a beautiful home that will be perfect for us as well as Velvet Toolbox (ha!) – and we find out today if our offer will be accepted (ahhhh!!!)
